b. Ultra Running Race and Trial Run Data:

We store information about the ultra running races and trial runs you intend to run and the ones you have attended. This data helps us offer relevant race suggestions, keep track of your race season, keep track of your activity and performance progress and show your historical activity results.

c. Access to Photo Library and File System:

The App requires access to your Photo Library and File System to associate photos and GPX files with races and trial runs. This allows you to personalize your race-related content and experiences.

d. Location Access during Races and Trial Runs:

To use the service during races and trial runs, precise background location access must be enabled at all times. This is necessary to identify and track your progress on the race track continuously.
Location access is turned on automatically 30 minutes before any activity and remains active until the activity ends and you exit the finish zone. This period can last more than 46 hours, which is typical for mountainous 100 Miles ultra-running events.

e. Access to Motion & Fitness (iOS) and Activity Recognition / Physical Activity (Android):

To use the service during races, access to Motion & Fitness (iOS) and Activity Recognition / Physical Activity (Android) must be provided.
This data is used to identify activity types, ensure proper categorization of motion, and ensure the fairness of competition during races.

f. Health & Fitness Data:

The App and Website may request access to health and fitness data, such as activity logs, workout routines, and other relevant information that you voluntarily provide or authorize.

g. Device Information:

We may collect device-specific information such as your device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information (for the App) to improve App performance and optimize user experience. We may also collect similar information when you visit our Website.
During races, we may access and store connectivity information associated with your device's location and battery percentage. This data helps us ensure proper tracking and performance of the App during races.

h. Usage Information:

We collect information about how you interact with the App and Website, including the features you use, the pages you visit, and the actions you take while using the App and browsing the Website.

ITRA (International Trail Running Association) ID: This is used to verify your identity and provide relevant race-related information and rankings.
Performance Index: This data helps us understand your running performance and offer personalized race suggestions like benchmarks for race planning.

We use your personal information to provide you with access to the App's features, functionalities, and personalized content. Additionally, this data helps us improve the App and Website's performance and user experience.

c. Health & Fitness and Race Insights:

Your ITRA performance index, birthdate, gender, location, activity, health and fitness data will be utilized to create a personalized race plan, to help you follow this plan, to generate insights, statistics, and recommendations to help you achieve better race performances.

d. Analytics and Research:

We may aggregate and anonymize user data for analytical purposes and research to understand user preferences, trends, and behaviors. This data will be used solely to improve the App, Website, and their services.
